Life graph from your birth date
Enter your birth date to see the rise and fall of your life from age 0 to 90: four life periods, their lessons, your personal year and your tarot year card.
How the life graph is calculated
The graph uses Pythagorean numerology, which turns your birth date into numbers describing the rhythm of your life, and combines three layers into an index for each year.
- Personal Year. Life turns in nine-year cycles, calculated from your birth day and month plus the calendar year. A 1-year begins, an 8-year harvests, a 7-year turns inward and a 9-year completes. This layer drives the main rise and fall of the graph.
- Pinnacles. Life divides into four periods. The first ends at age 36 minus your Life Path number, the second and third last nine years each, and the fourth runs for the rest of life. Each has a number for its overall climate.
- Challenges. Each period has a lesson, calculated from the differences between your birth day, month and year numbers. Harder lessons lower the index slightly.
A low index is not bad luck; it marks a year when energy turns inward, good for study, rest and foundations. A high index suits action and harvest.
Your tarot year card
The year card uses Mary K. Greer's birth-card method with the current year in place of your birth year: add the day, month and year, then add the digits until the total is 22 or less. It names the year's main lesson in the language of tarot. Click a card in the table for its full meaning.
Life Path number
The Life Path is the reduced sum of your birth month, day and year, keeping the master numbers 11, 22 and 33. It describes the main role you are here to learn and sets when the first Pinnacle ends.
Using the graph well
- Find your current personal year and plan with its rhythm: start big projects in a 1-year and expand in an 8-year.
- Use low-index years to invest in yourself rather than forcing outer results.
- Read the lesson of your current Pinnacle and notice which situations keep returning.
- Combine it with your Uranian chart for an astrological view of events by age.

Four-round readingFrequently asked questions
How accurate is the life graph?
It is a numerological frame, not a prediction of certain events, and it has no scientific backing. It is most useful as a tool for planning and reflection.
Which calendar should I use?
Numerology uses the Gregorian year. The date field uses your device's calendar and converts automatically.
When does the personal year change?
Most authors change it on 1 January with the calendar year; some use your birthday. This page uses the calendar year to match the yearly table.
Is my birth date sent anywhere?
No. Everything is calculated in your browser. If you choose to remember it, it stays on your device only.
