Forecast for any date, auspicious times and lucky numbers (Uranian)
Enter your date, time and place of birth, then choose the moment you want to know about, such as 10 January 2027 at 09:00. The page works out transits and solar arcs by the rules of Uranian astrology and gives you scores for love, work, money and health, hourly, daily and monthly trend graphs, auspicious times for the activity you choose, the best days over the next 30–180 days, lucky numbers and colours, and your Thai ทักษา.
What is a Uranian forecast for a date?
Most daily horoscopes split people into twelve sun signs. This page reads your own chart: it compares the planets at the moment you choose (the transits) with your natal chart point by point, using the methods of Uranian astrology, the Hamburg School, with its 90° dial, midpoints and planetary pictures, together with solar arcs for the year-long background. Two people born on the same day at different times get different results.
Besides the reading for the moment, the page finds auspicious times within the day, searches ahead for good days for important matters, and brings in the Thai traditions many readers know: ทักษา, lucky colours and planet numbers.
How to use it
- Enter your birth date, time and place. Picking a listed city fills in its standard time zone; add an hour yourself if daylight saving applied.
- Choose the date and time to read. Shortcuts: now, tomorrow, in 7 days, the start of next month, New Year's Day.
- Say where you will be on that day, because auspicious times and planetary hours depend on sunrise and your position on Earth.
- Pick the activity to time, such as signing, a wedding, moving house or travel, and the range for the good-day search.
- Read the results in order: summary, birth details, transits, graphs, good times, good days and the sky. Use the links at the top of the results to jump.
Everything is calculated in your browser and your birth data is never sent anywhere. If you tick "remember", it is stored on this device only and shared with the Uranian chart and the astrocartography map.
Transits and the six personal points
The Hamburg School reads transits on the 90° dial, where conjunction, square and opposition share one position. A transit within 1° of a natal factor counts as a contact. The most important targets are the six personal points: the Aries Point (society), the MC (self and mind), the Ascendant (surroundings), the Sun (body), the Moon (feelings) and the Node (meetings). The page carries its own text for each of the 18 moving factors on each personal point: 108 combinations.
Slow planets act longer and weigh more. Roughly how long a transit stays within 1° of one point:
| Transit | Within 1° for about |
|---|---|
| Moon | about 3–4 hours |
| Sun | about 2 days |
| Mercury | 1–3 days (longer when retrograde) |
| Venus | about 2 days (longer when retrograde) |
| Mars | 3–5 days (weeks when retrograde) |
| Jupiter | 1–3 weeks; months if it retrogrades over the point |
| Saturn | 3–6 weeks, or months with retrograde passes |
| Uranus | 2–9 months |
| Neptune | 6 months to over a year |
| Pluto | 6 months to over a year |
| Cupido | about a year or more (all eight points move very slowly) |
Each contact in the results shows when it begins, peaks and ends, worked out from the planet's actual motion, retrograde loops included.
Transit planetary pictures
The heart of Uranian astrology is the midpoint. When a transit lands on the midpoint of two natal factors (say Jupiter on the Venus/Cupido midpoint) it forms a planetary picture that is more specific than a contact with one factor. The page computes all 231 natal midpoints and lists the pictures the transits are triggering.
Solar arcs: the background of a period
Solar arcs move every factor forward by the distance the Sun travelled after birth, one day for each year of life: about 1° a year. When a directed factor touches a key point the effect lasts a year or two, so it works as the backdrop, while transits trigger the day it shows. The scores here combine both.
How the scores and graphs work
Each factor has a basic nature from Hamburg School meanings: some support, some test. When a transit touches a point in your chart, that contact's value comes from the nature of both factors, multiplied by how exact the angle is, the planet's speed (slow planets weigh more) and the importance of the natal point (personal points matter most). All contacts are added up and turned into a 0–100 score where 50 is an ordinary day.
| Factor | Basic nature | Themes |
|---|---|---|
| Sun | + | the body, vitality and the men in your life |
| Moon | ± | feelings, moods and the women in your life |
| Mercury | ± | thinking, communication and trade |
| Venus | ++ | love, beauty and pleasure |
| Mars | − | energy, action and conflict |
| Jupiter | ++ | happiness, luck and growth |
| Saturn | −− | delay, separation and endurance |
| Uranus | ± | sudden change and the new |
| Neptune | − | uncertainty, imagination and dreams |
| Pluto | − | deep transformation and mass power |
| Cupido | + | family, marriage and groups |
| Hades | −− | the past, the hidden and decay |
| Zeus | + | directed force, creation and leadership |
| Kronos | + | authority, high rank and expertise |
| Apollon | ++ | expansion, commerce and fame |
| Admetos | − | standstill, delay and land |
| Vulkanus | ± | immense power and pressure |
| Poseidon | + | spirit, ideas and truth |
Area scores are weighted by the themes each factor rules: Venus and Cupido lean to love, Kronos and the MC to work, Jupiter and Apollon to money, the Sun and Mars to health. The hourly graph adds the Moon and the angles of the moment; the daily graph uses each day's noon positions; the monthly graph averages the month.
How auspicious times are found
In Uranian electional work a good moment is one where the MC and Ascendant of the moment, at your location, fall on natal factors that favour what you want to do. The MC sweeps the whole 90° dial every six hours, so it crosses each natal factor four times a day, for about 8–15 minutes each time. The page checks every two minutes through the day, keeps the spells where the angles touch helpful factors and avoid testing ones (Saturn, Hades, Admetos and the Mars/Saturn and Saturn/Hades midpoints), adds weight for a suitable planetary hour and subtracts it during a void-of-course Moon.
| Activity | Factors weighted |
|---|---|
| General: starting something new | Weighted to Jupiter, Venus, the Sun and their midpoints |
| Money, investing, signing contracts | Weighted to Jupiter, Venus, Apollon, Kronos and the hours of Jupiter, Venus and Mercury |
| Opening a business or shop, launching a product | Weighted to the Sun, Jupiter, Apollon, Kronos and Zeus |
| Love, engagement, marriage, proposing | Weighted to Venus, Cupido, the Moon, Jupiter and the Node; avoids Mars |
| Moving into a new home, moving house, buying a home | Weighted to the Moon, Cupido, Venus, Jupiter and the Ascendant; avoids Mars and Uranus |
| Travel, taking delivery of a car, relocating | Weighted to Mercury, Jupiter, Apollon and the Moon; avoids Mars hours |
| Job applications, interviews, asking for promotion | Weighted to Kronos, the Sun, Jupiter, the MC and Zeus |
| Exams, study, presentations, communication | Weighted to Mercury, Poseidon, Apollon and Jupiter |
The good-day search uses the relevant area score, subtracts points when a key planet is retrograde (Mercury for contracts and travel, Venus for weddings), when the Moon is void for long in daytime or an eclipse is near, and adds a little for a waxing Moon. With ทักษา switched on it avoids your Kalakini day and favours your Si, Det and Montri days.
Planetary hours
Planetary hours are an ancient system that splits daylight, from sunrise to sunset, into 12 hours and the night into another 12, each varying in length with the season and latitude. The first hour after sunrise belongs to the planet of the day (the Sun on Sunday, the Moon on Monday and so on) and the rest follow the Chaldean order: Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Sun, Venus, Mercury, Moon. The page uses the real sunrise and sunset at the place you choose.
| Hour of | Good for |
|---|---|
| Sun | visibility, seniors, officials, leadership |
| Moon | home, family, food, short trips, women's matters |
| Mars | physical work, sport, competition; poor for negotiation or travel |
| Mercury | communication, paperwork, study, trade, travel |
| Jupiter | money, asking for help, law, education, expansion |
| Venus | love, art, beauty, celebrations, buying beautiful things |
| Saturn | long-term work, land, foundations; poor for starts that need speed |
The void-of-course Moon
From the Moon's last major aspect (conjunction, sextile, square, trine or opposition) before it leaves a sign until it enters the next, the Moon is void of course. Western tradition holds that things begun then rarely turn out as planned, so it suits rest and routine better than new starts. The page uses aspects to the Sun through Pluto. Void periods come every two to three days and last from minutes to over a day.
Where the lucky numbers and colours come from
The lucky numbers are not random; they come from your chart on that day. The first single digit is the Thai planet number (Sun 1, Moon 2, Mars 3, Mercury 4, Jupiter 5, Venus 6, Saturn 7, Rahu 8) of the most helpful contact at that moment; the second is your numerology personal day (personal year + month + day). The two-digit numbers come from the 90° dial degree of the most helpful factor and from pairing the single digits. The three-digit numbers add the arcminute digit and string together the planet numbers of the next most helpful contacts. They are for fun and encouragement.
Lucky colours come from two places: the Thai colour of the day's most helpful planet, and the colours of your birth day's ทักษา: Si (fortune), Det (work and power), Montri (patrons) and Ayu (health), with your Kalakini colour best avoided.
ทักษา: good and bad days in Thai astrology
ทักษา is a Thai system that places eight planets around an eight-direction diagram in the order Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Saturn, Jupiter, Rahu, Venus. Counting from the planet of your birth day gives eight roles: Boriwan (people), Ayu (life), Det (power), Si (fortune), Mula (assets), Utsaha (effort), Montri (patrons) and Kalakini (misfortune). The Thai astrological day begins at 06:00, and anyone born on Wednesday between 18:00 and 06:00 on Thursday counts as born on Wednesday night, whose planet is Rahu.
| Role | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Boriwan (people) | the people around you, family, staff |
| Ayu (life) | health, well-being, long life |
| Det (power) | power, reputation, competition |
| Si (fortune) | luck, money, happiness |
| Mula (assets) | assets, land, inheritance |
| Utsaha (effort) | diligence and effort |
| Montri (patrons) | patrons and helpers |
| Kalakini (misfortune) | obstacles; traditionally avoided |
For example, someone born on a Sunday has Friday as their Kalakini day; someone born on a Monday has Sunday. The results show your full ทักษา table with colours and planet numbers.
Accuracy and limits
Real planets come from the astronomy-engine library (under an arcminute of error); the eight Uranian points use the Witte–Sieggrün elements refined by James Neely. Timing based on the MC and Ascendant needs an accurate birth time: four minutes of error shifts the MC by about 1°, the whole width of a window. Without a birth time, noon is used and the natal MC and Ascendant are left out. Sunrise, sunset and planetary hours may differ by a minute or two with atmospheric conditions.
Scores and text are built from the basic meaning of each factor for study, entertainment and reflection. They guarantee nothing and are not medical, legal or financial advice.
Frequently asked questions
Can I read a future date such as 10 January 2027?
Yes. Choose any date and time between 1900 and 2100; the page computes the sky at that moment and compares it with your natal chart.
Can I use it without a birth time?
Yes. Tick “time unknown” and noon is used. Transits still work, but there is no natal MC or Ascendant, angle-based timing only uses planet contacts, and the Thai day of birth may be off if you were born before 06:00.
Are the auspicious times the same for everyone?
No. They are personal, computed from your own natal chart. For an event involving two people, such as a wedding, read both charts and pick a time that suits both.
Why does today's score differ from my daily card?
The daily card is a theme for reflection; this page computes real planetary positions against your chart. They are different methods and can be used together.
Can I use the lucky numbers for the lottery?
They are for fun and encouragement, not advice to gamble, and there is no evidence that numbers from the stars help anyone win.
Is my birth data stored?
It is never sent anywhere; everything runs in your browser. If you tick “remember”, it stays on this device only. Untick it and read again to remove it.
